摘 要:目的 探讨袋鼠式护理+抚触干预对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿体格神经发育及睡眠质量的影响。方法 将86例患儿按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。两组均给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予袋鼠式护理+抚触干预。干预前后比较两组体格发育情况,采用新生儿神经发育测定量表评定神经发育情况,采用新生儿睡眠质量调查表评定睡眠质量。结果 干预后两组头围、体质量、身长均显著大于干预前(P<0.01),研究组显著大于对照组(P<0.01);干预后两组新生儿神经发育测定量表各维度评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后研究组睡眠质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 袋鼠式护理+抚触干预能促进缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿体格发育,改善神经发育,提高睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the effect of kangaroo mother care+touch intervention on physical growth,neurodevelopment and sleep quality of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods A total of 86 children were divided into study group and control group according to the filing order,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing,and the study group was given kangaroo mother care+touch intervention on this basis.The physical growth of the two groups was compared before and after the intervention.The neurodevelopment was assessed by neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA),and the sleep quality was assessed by neonatal sleep quality questionnaire.Results After the intervention,the head circumference,body weight and length of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of NBNA in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the sleep quality of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kangaroo mother care+touch intervention can promote the physical growth,neurodevelopment and sleep quality of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
