In order to study the dynamic loading characteristics of freeze-thawed concrete, the uniaxial compression constitutive model of freeze-thawed concrete is developed by Fortran language using the user material subroutine UMAT interface of ABAQUS. The dynamic loading characteristics of concrete after freeze-thaw cycles are studied by numerical simulation, and the simulation results are compared with the experimental results. It is found that the results obtained by the freeze-thaw constitutive model of concrete prepared in this paper are basically consistent with the experimental results. In addition, the effects of freeze-thaw cycles and strain rates on the mechanical properties of concrete are further analyzed. The results show that under the same strain rate, the compressive strength of concrete decreases with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles, while the peak strain increases gradually. Under the same freeze-thaw cycles, the compressive strength of concrete increases with the increase of strain rate, while the peak strain decreases gradually, showing obvious brittleness.
