配筋方钢管混凝土柱纵筋配筋率的试验研究

摘  要:为了明确配筋方钢管混凝土(R-CFST)柱的纵筋对其轴心受压性能的影响规律,以5种纵筋配筋率为变化参数,对13根(包括5种配筋率的10根R-CFST和3根方钢管混凝土)短柱试件进行了轴心受压试验。以受力性能、承载力、塑性变形能力、破坏模式、延性和组合效应等为评判标准,分析了试验数据,探索了R-CFST轴压柱纵筋配筋率的设计规则。结果表明:配筋对R-CFST轴压柱受压性能影响明显,纵筋配筋率过小得不到配筋带来的构件性能上的提升,配筋率过大会导致构件因组合效应和延性性能降低而得不到充分利用、产生材料浪费。因此,要获得性能和经济上合理的R-CFST轴压柱,其合理的纵筋配筋率取值范围推荐为1.54%~3.1%;由于配筋率对承载力的影响明显,此类构件的承载力计算方法必须充分考虑纵筋的贡献,从而提出了物理意义明确、形式简单且与现行规范统一理论公式匹配的R-CFST短柱轴压承载力计算公式。In order to clarify the influencing law of longitudinal reinforcement on loading performance of Reinforced Concrete Filled Steel Tubular column(R-CFST) subjected to axial compression, 16 short column specimens(including 10 R-CFST with 5 different reinforcement ratios and 3 concrete-filled square steel tubes) are tested. Using the loading characteristics, bearing capacity, plastic deformability, failure mode, ductility and composite effect as the evaluation criteria, the test results are analyzed, the design rules of longitudinal reinforcement are investigated. The results show that: reinforcements have significant effect on loading performance of R-CFST, extra low ratio will not bring improved performance, and extra high ratio may result in reduced composite effect and ductility and cause waste of reinforcement material. Therefore, a proper range of ratios for longitudinal reinforcement may be recommended, in order to secure the member obtain the best performance and cost effect, as 1.54%~3.1%;The contribution of longitudinal reinforcement must be taken into serious consideration as it has significant effect on bearing capacity, and an evaluating equation for ultimate load bearing capacity of R-CFST is proposed based on the design rule presented in current design code.
