摘 要:为实现料场全封闭,针对某245m跨度料场封闭项目,介绍了超大跨度拱形预应力张弦桁架结构的设计要点及施工方案。首先,对结构断面进行选型,建立有限元模型,对结构进行强度、刚度、稳定性分析以及节点分析。其次,根据项目特点,介绍了主体钢结构的累积滑移法施工流程,提出了一种顶面带倾斜角的钢筋混凝土滑移墙结构,并采用了一种逆向累积滑移法施工方案完成主体钢结构的安装。分析结果表明,结构各项计算指标均满足相关规范要求,合理的结构断面形式可节约主体结构成本,施工采用滑移墙及采用逆向累计滑移法施工可确保主体钢结构顺利就位,降低施工措施费用,对确保施工工期起到关键作用。In order to achieve the full closure of stockyard, aiming at a 245 m span enclosed coal yard project, the design points and construction scheme of super large-span arch pre-stressed string truss structure are introduced. Firstly, the structural section is selected, the finite element model is established, and the strength, stiffness, stability and node analysis of the structure are carried out. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the project, the construction process of the main steel structure by the cumulative sliding method is presented, a reinforced concrete sliding wall structure with inclined angle on the top surface is put forward, and a reverse cumulative sliding method construction scheme is adopted to complete the installation of the main steel structure. The analysis results show that the calculation indexes of the structure meet the requirements of relevant standards, reasonable structural section form can save the cost of the main structure. The sliding wall and reverse cumulative sliding method can put the main steel structure in place smoothly, which reduce the cost of construction measures, and play a key role in ensuring the construction period.
