摘 要:探讨芳纶1414装甲材料的制备工艺及其拉伸性能。以锦纶芳纶1414双向包覆纱为原料制备平纹织物,采用热压成形工艺制备芳纶1414装甲材料。重点研究了成形工艺、含胶量对芳纶1414装甲材料拉伸性能的影响规律。通过正交试验,得到了较佳的热压工艺。含胶量在34%~45%内,芳纶1414装甲材料的拉伸强度、模量均随着含胶量的增加而下降。含胶量相同时,芳纶1414装甲材料纬向的拉伸强度、模量都优于经向。认为:芳纶1414装甲材料在受到拉伸载荷作用时,经向和纬向的破坏方式主要是纱线断裂和树脂碎裂。Preparation process of aramid 1414 armour material and its tensile strength were discussed.Polyamide aramid 1414 bidirectional covered yarn was used as raw materials to prepare plain fabrics. Hot press formation process was adopted to prepare aramid 1414 armour material.Influence rule of formation process and gel content on tensile properties of aramid 1414 armour materials were mainly studied. Through orthogonal test,optimized hot press pross was obtained.When gel content was within 34%~45%,tensile strength and modulus of aramid 1414 armour material were both decreased as increase of gel content.When gel content was the same,weft tensile strength and modulus of aramid 1414 armour material were both better than those in warp.It is considered that warp and weft damage mode are mainly yarn broken and resin crazed when aramid 1414 armour material was under tensile load.
