摘　　要：研究壳聚糖整理棉织物的抗菌性能。将壳聚糖抗菌剂SA-50DS整理到棉织物上,测试了抗菌剂质量浓度、皂洗次数对织物抑菌率的影响。通过正交试验得到最优整理工艺:壳聚糖抗菌剂SA-50DS质量浓度110 g/L,焙烘温度120℃,焙烘时间4 min。结果表明:最优工艺整理的织物经皂洗10次后,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍达到99.9%。认为:壳聚糖抗菌剂SA-50DS适宜于棉织物的抗菌整理。Antibacterial property of chitosan finished cotton fabric were studied. Chitosan antibacterial agent SA-50DS was finished on cotton fabric.Influence of mass concentration of antibacterial agent and soaping times on fabric antibacterial rate was tested. Through orthogonal test,optimized finishing process was obtained as 110 g/L mass concentration of chitosan antibacterial agent SA-50DS,120 ℃ baking temperature and 4 min baking time.Test results showed that antibacterial rates against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus both were reached 99.9%after 10 times of soaping fabrics obtained by optimized finishing process.It is considered that chitosan antibacterial agent SA-50DS is suitable for antibacterial finishing of cotton fabric.
