摘 要:针对高速毛羽仪国产化的需求,设计并实现一种基于图像识别的高速纱线毛羽仪。设计使用了大功率840 nm10串10并红外LED阵列光源搭光源驱动器、背照式CCD照相机对图像进行采集。对采集到的图像双边滤波去噪,改进动态阈值反差法进行阈值分割和二值化,采用最大区域提取法去除孤立点,通过腐蚀膨胀形态差分学得到纱干和毛羽图像,提高了图像识别处理和计数速度,可以实现400 m/min高速下对纱线毛羽的精确检测。与USTER ZWEIGLE HL400型毛羽仪相比,纱线在400 m/min检测条件下,高速纱线毛羽仪所测毛羽数相对偏差率6.2%,准确性高,稳定性强。A high-speed yarn hairiness instrument based on image recognition was designed and implemented to meet the needs of localization of high-speed hairiness instrument. High-power 840 nm 10 series 10 parallel infrared LED array light source was used to build light driver and back-illuminated CCD camera and collect the image.Bilateral filter was used to remove image noise. Improved dynamic threshold contrast method is used for threshold segmentation and binarization. Maximum area extraction method was used to remove isolated points of the image.Yarn stern image and hairiness image were obtained by morphological difference method.Accurate detection of yarn hairiness could be achieved under 400 m/min high speed when increasing the image recognition processing speed and counting speed.Compared with USTER ZWEIGLE HL400 hairiness tester,the relative deviation rate of hairiness number measured by high-speed yarn hairiness instrument was 6.2% under the condition of 400 m/min,showing higher accuracy and stronger stability.
