摘  要:探讨循环再生纤维混纺包芯纱的生产要点。根据各再生纤维的性能特点,分别对其进行纺前预处理。为了确保各组分纤维的混纺比例,采用包混加条混的混和工艺。通过优化主要工艺参数和采取相关技术措施,重点解决了清棉工序再生亚麻原料内线头多及棉卷重量不匀率大,梳棉工序梳棉落网、缠压辊以及生产断头多,并条工序生条重量不匀率大和胶辊返花,粗纱工序粗纱抱合力差及粗纱疵点多,细纱工序断头多和纱疵多,络筒工序短粗节纱疵多等问题,最终纺制出符合质量要求的Refibra/再生棉/再生亚麻/再生锦纶51/22/15/1236.9 tex(T 44.4 dtex)包芯纱。认为:各组分纤维均采用回收再生环保的原材料,通过采取一系列针对性的工艺优化和技术措施,保证了循环再生纤维混纺包芯纱的顺利生产。Production key points of recycled regenerated fiber blended core-spun yarn were discussed.According to properties of each regenerated fibers,pretreatments of the regenerated fibers were carried out respectively. In order to ensure blending ratio of each component fiber,blending process of bale blending and strip blending was adopted.By optimizing the main process parameters and taking related technology measures,the main problems were solved.Such as the regenerated linen raw material had many internal thread and the uneven weight of the cotton lap was larger in the cleaning process,carding netting,wrapping roller and production broken ends were larger in carding process,the weight unevenness of the sliver was larger and the returned cotton of rubber covered roll was larger in the drawing process,roving cohesion was worse and many roving defects in the roving process,broken ends and yarn defects were larger in the spinning process,short slub yarn defects were larger in the winding process.Finally,Refibra/regenerated cotton/regenerated linen/regenerated polyamide 51/22/15/12 36.9 tex(T 44.4 dtex)core-spun yarn that meet the quality requirements was spun. It is considered that the recycled regenerated raw materials are used for each component fiber,a series of targeted process optimization and technology measures are adopted to ensure successful production of denim core-spun yarn with recycled regenerated fiber.
