摘  要:探讨环锭纺棉氨纶包芯纱高频疵点的成因,并总结解决措施。以纺制JC/Pu 92/8 14.5 tex(44.4 dtex)纱为例,统计纱疵类型及出现频次,分析了环锭纺棉氨纶包芯纱纱疵成因。统计结果表明:棉氨纶包芯纱在生产过程中主要有偏丝、条干不匀、弹性不匀、毛羽、空芯和裸丝等纱疵,其中占比最高的是偏丝纱疵,其次是条干不匀纱疵。认为,通过从优选工艺参数、加强设备管理、严抓人员操作管理3个方面采取有效措施,可显著减少纱疵,提高棉氨纶包芯纱品质。Reasons of ring spinning cotton spandex core-spun yarn high frequency defects were discussed,the solutions were summarized.Spinning of JC/Pu 92/8 14.5 tex(44.4 dtex)yarn was taken as an example,type and frequency of yarn defects were counted.Causes of yarn defects in ring spinning cotton spandex core-spun yarn were analyzed.The statistical results showed that the cotton spandex core-spun yarn mainly had yarn defects such as partial yarn,unevenness,uneven elasticity,hairiness,hollow core and bare yarn in production process. Among them,the highest proportion was partial yarn,the next was unevenness. It is considered that taking effective measures from three aspects,including optimizing process parameter,strengthening equipment management and strictly controlling personnel operation management,yarn defects can be significantly reduced and the quality of cotton spandex corespun yarn can be improved.
