摘 要:探讨智能纺织厂谐波动态治理技术的应用问题。分析了智能纺织车间电力谐波产生的原因、危害以及对生产的影响。对几种谐波治理技术及其适用性进行了分析比较。通过采用DTXB型动态谐波治理装置分别对前纺和细纱车间动力配电系统谐波的治理,变压器低压母线侧5次谐波电流值分别下降了57.3%和62.4%,有效电流降低了7.8%和5.1%,功率因数平均提高0.02以上。认为:采用动态谐波治理装置能够有效提高电网质量和安全性,保证车间生产效率,并实现综合节电3%以上。Application of harmonic dynamic control technology in intelligent textile factory was discussed.Causes,hazards and impact on production of power harmonics in intelligent textile factory were analyzed. Several harmonic control technologies and their applicability were analyzed and compared.DTXB dynamic harmonic control device was used to control the harmonics of the power transformation and distribution systems in the fornt spinning and spinning workshops,5 times harmonic current value on the low voltage bus bar side of transformer was decreased by 57.3% and 62.4% respectively,effective current was reduced by 7.8% and 5.1%,power factor was improved by more than 0.02 on average.It is considered that using of dynamic harmonic control devices can effectively improve quality and safety of the power grid,workshop production efficiency can be ensured and comprehensive power saving of more than 3% can be achieved.
