摘 要:探讨离心纺纱专利技术的发展状况和趋势。介绍了离心纺纱技术的基本工艺原理和过程以及专利申请概况;结合相关专利文献介绍了离心纺纱技术的两种工艺路线,即一步加捻工艺和二步加捻工艺;重点分析了离心纺纱的技术特点、发展潜力和目前存在重要技术问题及其解决思路。认为:离心纺纱的加捻方式与环锭纺纱相似,且在加捻效率方面具有明显优势,能在获得具有良好力学性能纱线的同时显著提升纺纱生产效率,具有良好发展前景;目前发展离心纺纱技术最主要的任务是提高生产连续性和稳定性;应加强对离心纺纱技术的研究,弥补我国在短纤维纺纱技术领域中的短板。Development status and trend of centrifugal spinning patent technology were discussed. The basic process principle,process and patent application of centrifugal spinning technology were introduced.Combined with relevant patent documents,two process routes of centrifugal spinning technology were introduced,which including one-step twisting process and two-step twisting process. Technology characteristics,development potential and current important technology problems of centrifugal spinning and their solutions were emphatically analyzed. It is considered that twisting method of centrifugal spinning is similar to that of ring spinning,it has obvious advantages in twisting efficiency,which can significantly improve the spinning production efficiency while obtaining yarns with better mechanical properties and has better development prospect.The main task of developing centrifugal spinning technology is to improve continuity and stability of production,research on centrifugal spinning technology should be strengthened to make up for the shortcomings of our country in the field of short fiber spinning technology.
