综合医院手术室耗材库标准化管理方法及其实践效果

摘　　要：目的 分析手术室建立耗材库房的标准化管理对有效预防外科医院感染的效果。方法 抽取2018年5月-2019年4月于解放军总医院接受手术治疗的患者中随机选择200例纳入对照组(常规管理);2019年5月-2020年5月于医院接受手术治疗的患者中随机选择200例患者纳入研究组(标准化管理),对外科手术后患者医院感染与并发症发生情况进行观察。并对手术室护理质量、高值耗材管理质量、准备及时性、有效使用率、损耗率等进行评价。结果 研究组医院感染发生率(1.00%)及并发症发生率(3.00%)低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组外科护理质量评价中风险管理评分、细节管理评分分别为(89.85±10.36)分、(88.02±9.74)分均高于对照组;研究组常规管理与标准化管理下高值耗材管理优良率、仪器器械管理质量比较有效使用率分别为88.00%、94.00%均高于对照组(P<0.001)、损耗率为0.00%低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对手术室耗材库房展开标准化管理,可有效降低外科医院感染率和手术并发症的发生,提高护理质量、提高高值耗材管理质量,降低外科医疗风险。OBJECTIVE To analyze the effect of standard management of consumables warehouse in operating room on effectively preventing surgical nosocomial infection. METHODS A total of 200 patients undergoing surgery in Chinese PLA general hospital from May 2018 to Apr. 2019 were randomly selected to be included in the control group(routine management), and another 200 patients who received surgical treatment in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly selected and included in the study group(standardized management). The status of nosocomial infection and complications after surgery were observed. The nursing quality of operating room, the management of high-value medical consumable, the timeliness of preparation, the effective utilization rate and wastage rate were evaluated. RESULTS The incidence of nosocomial infection(1.00%) and complications(3.00%) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the scores of risk management and detail management in the evaluation of surgical nursing quality in the study group were(89.85±10.36) and(88.02±9.74) respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group;The excellent rate of high-value consumables management and the comparative effective utilization rate of instrument and equipment management quality under routine management and standardized management in the study group were 88.00% and 94.00% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001), and the wastage rate was 0.00%, significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Standardized management of consumables warehouse in operating room can effectively reduce the occurrence of surgical infection and complications, improve the quality of nursing and high-value medical consumable management, and reduce surgical medical risk.
