摘　　要：医院感染是目前我国公共健康面临的重大问题,它关系到医疗质量、医务人员和患者的健康。规范感染控制措施,增强医院感染管理意识,是做好医院感染防控的关键。目前多数精神专科医院在感染防控意识、组织管理体系、功能分区设计、应急处置能力、专职人员核心能力等多个环节防治传染性疾病方面均较为薄弱,医院感染管理能力亟待提升。为此,我们通过查阅国内外文献并结合实际工作,探究精神专科医院的感染管理现状、感染影响因素及其原因,提出合理的建议来完善精神专科医院应对重大突发公共卫生事件等医院感染问题,探讨科学合理的预防措施,以增强医务人员感染防控意识,切实做好精神专科医院的感染控制工作,筑牢感控堡垒,降低精神专科医院感染发生率,保障患者安全,为精神专科医院感染防控提供依据。Nosocomial infection is a major problem facing public health in China, which is related to the quality of medical care, the health of medical staff and patients. The key of nosocomial infection prevention and control lies in standardizing infection control measures and enhancing the awareness of nosocomial infection management. At present, most psychiatric hospitals are relatively weak links in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in multiple links such as infection prevention and control awareness, organization and management system, functional zoning design, emergency response capabilities, and core competencies of full-time staff, and the ability of nosocomial infection management needs to be improved urgently. Therefore, by referring to the domestic and foreign literatures and combining with the actual work, we explore the current situation of infection management, influencing factors of infection and their causes in psychiatric hospitals, put forward reasonable suggestions to improve psychiatric hospitals to deal with nosocomial infection problems such as major public health emergencies, and explore scientific and reasonable preventive measures to enhance the awareness of infection prevention and control of medical staff, earnestly do a good job in infection control in psychiatric hospitals, build a fortress of control, reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in psychiatric hospitals, ensure patient safety, and provide the basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in psychiatric hospitals.
