摘  要:使用锰铁氧体工艺处理聚乙烯醇(PVA)废水,探讨了不同反应条件的影响,并结合沉淀物表征解释去除机理。结果表明,该工艺处理1000 mg/L的PVA废水,5 min去除率既可超过90%,且无残留重金属。锰铁投加量与PVA的去除率成正比,而水体硬度不影响该工艺的处理效果。此外,工艺对模拟染料废水中和实际印染废水均可实现COD和染料的快速去除。在该处理过程中,PVA迅速参与沉淀物的原位生产,形成一种近似凝胶的锰铁氧化物。该沉淀物经处理后可作催化剂再次利用,催化性能优良。Manganese ferrite process was applied to treat polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)wastewater,and the effects of reaction conditions were investigated.The corresponding removal mechanism was deduced by characterization results of the precipitate sludge.The results showed that the manganese ferrite process exhibited an efficient PVA removal performance for PVA wastewater.The process could remove more than 90%PVA in 5 minutes without metal residues.The PVA removal increased with the manganese-iron dosage and was independent from the water hardness.In addition,COD and dyes in simulated PVA wastewater and actual dyeing wastewater could be rapidly removed simultaneously.In this process,PVA was involved in the in-situ formation of precipitates,resulting in the the formation of a gel-like manganese iron oxide.After calcination treatment,the precipitate could be reused as a catalyst to reclaim the resources.
