摘 要:以北方某味精厂重金属及有机物复合污染场地为例,该场地污染物浓度超过了人体健康风险可接受水平。依据《污染地块风险管控与土壤修复效果评估技术导则:HJ 25.5—2018》,对修复后的场地开展污染场地治理工程修复效果评估工作。经评估,场地修复施工过程规范,修复后的污染物水平低于修复目标值,修复后的土壤达到了安全标准,采用的修复方法和措施合适,施工过程中采取相应的环保措施,未产生二次污染。修复效果评估合格。This paper takes a heavy metal and organic compound pollution site of a monosodium glutamate factory in the north as an example. The pollutant concentration of this site is beyond the human health risk acceptable level. According to the Technical Guidelines for Risk Control and Soil Remediation Effect of Contaminated Plots(HJ 25.5—2018), the remediation effect evaluation of the contaminated site treatment works is carried out. After evaluation, the site restoration construction process is standardized. The level of pollutants after restoration is lower than the restoration target value. The restored soil has met with safety standards, and the adopted treatment methods and measures are appropriate for this kind of soil. In the construction process,corresponding environmental protection measures are performed without casuing secondary pollution. The evaluation of remediation effect is qualified.
