摘  要:基于某高校878名研究生的问卷调研数据,从就业率和就业薪资两个角度量化研究在校研究生对就业形势的认知偏差问题,测算了认知偏差的偏离程度。研究结果发现:以就业率为判断参数的认知偏差的性别差异不显著;以期望薪资为判断参数的认知偏差有显著的性别差异,其中男生比女生更为乐观。据此,建议在性别差异基础上开展精准的就业指导,以减少认知偏差;制定多层次就业促进政策,转变研究生就业心态与期待。Based on the questionnaire survey data of 878 graduate students in a university, this paper quantifies the cognitive deviation of graduate students on the employment situation from the perspectives of employment rate and employment salary, and calculates the degree of cognitive deviation. The results show that: the gender difference of cognitive bias with employment rate as the judgment parameter is not significant;There are significant gender differences in cognitive bias with expected salary as the judgment parameter, and boys are more optimistic than girls. Therefore, it suggests to carry out accurate employment guidance on the basis of gender differences to reduce cognitive bias;Formulate multi-level employment promotion policies to change graduate employment mentality and expectations.
