我国文化事业与文化产业协调发展指标体系建构及耦合协调度分析

摘　　要：基于耦合协调度模型建立文化事业与文化产业协调发展模型,建构文化事业与文化产业协调发展指标体系并采用层次分析法确定指标权重,后通过收集整理31个省(自治区、直辖市)公开发布的统计数据,实现对我国文化事业与文化产业协调发展情况的呈现。结果显示,当前我国文化事业与文化产业耦合度较高,而协调发展度不够,地域间的不平衡和差异性较为明显。亟需通过优化发展理念、依照不同地区的协调发展阶段和特点调整政策,促进我国文化事业与文化产业协调发展水平的提高。On the basis of establishing a model of coordinated development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries,this paper constructs the index system of coordinated development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries and determines the index weight by using the analytic hierarchyprocess,and by collecting and collating the statistical data publicly released by 31 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the Central Government),it realizes the harmonious development of Chinese cultural undertakings and cultural industries.The results show that the coupling degree between cultural undertakings and cultural industries is high,but the coordination development degree is not enough,and the imbalance and difference bet ween regions are obvious.It is necessary to promote the coordinated development of Chinese cultural undertakings and cultural industries by optimizing the development concept and adjusting policies according to the coordinated development stages and characteristics of different regions.
