摘 要:目的探究随访服务需求现状调查及人工智能(AI)+人工随访模式在日间手术出院患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月至2021年1月在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院行日间手术治疗后出院并在家进行康复的100例老年患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组采用常规电话随访,观察组采用AI+人工随访模式。调查日间手术出院患者的随访服务需求现状并比较随访后两组患者电话成功接通率、随访有效率以及患者满意度。结果在随访的100例患者中,有99%的患者表示出院后需要随访服务;95%的患者表示出院后需要提供用药与康复指导;92%的患者表明随访全面;两组的电话成功接通率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的随访有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的患者满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AI+人工随访模式电话成功接通率与常规人工随访相当并且能显著提高随访有效率与患者满意度,可用于临床推广。Objective To investigate the status quo of follow-up service demand and the application effect of artificial intelligence(AI)combined with manual follow-up model in discharged patients after day surgery.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients who underwent day surgery and were discharged from Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from November 2020 to January 2021,and then recovered at home were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine follow-up through telephone,and the observation group received AI combined with manual follow-up.The status quo of follow-up service demand of discharged patients after day surgery was investigated.The successful rate of phone call,follow-up efficiency and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups after follow-up.Results Of the 100 patients followed up,99%said that they needed follow-up services after discharge,95%said that they needed medication and rehabilitation guidance after discharge,and 92%said that the follow-up was comprehensive.There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of phone call between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rates of follow-up in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion AI combined with manual follow-up model is equivalent to routine manual follow-up in terms of the success rate of phone call.Meanwhile,it can significantly improve the follow-up efficiency and patient satisfaction,which can be used for clinical promotion.
