摘　　要：针对传统筛管顶部注水泥工艺中,管内液柱振动易导致分级箍提前开孔,管外封隔器提前涨封等问题。提出新型筛管顶部注水泥工艺方案,研制2套独立的配套装置。该装置集管外封隔器、分级注水泥器、平衡阀、球座为一体,用球座和平衡阀替代常规管柱中的盲板结构,改变传统管柱结构中的“死腔”形式。新型结构在下套管过程中不产生水击压力。如果发生管柱遇阻情况,通过开泵循环的方式能帮助套管下放到位,避免了常规工艺中的施工风险,具有良好的应用前景。In the traditional screen-top cementing process and operation,the vibration of liquid column may easily lead to the early opening of the stage collar and the swelling of the external casing packer.A new screen-top cementing process and two sets of independent supporting devices were proposed.The device integrates an external casing packer,stage collar device,balance valve,and the ball seat.The blind plate structure in the conventional pipe string is replaced with a ball seat and a balance valve,and the“dead space”in the traditional pipe string structure was improved.There is no water hammer pressure in the process of casing running.If the string is blocked,it can help the casing to be lowered into place through circulation,avoiding the construction risk,which has a good application prospect.
