摘 要:长垣油田进入特高含水开发后期,水驱开发亟需从“精细”向“精准”转变,采出井找堵水工艺需同步改变开发形式,通过获取分层产量和含水率等参数,掌握精准连续的生产动态情况,为精细地质分析与挖潜提供依据。目前,国内各油田采出端为配合整体区块开发,需频繁进行作业,存在施工工作量大、费用高等问题。因此,研发了基于缆控配产器的分层采油工艺技术,实现生产过程中对井下生产参数进行实时连续监测,通过精细分层和调控水,建立有效的驱替体系,提高开发效果。开发无线远程控制系统,实现对缆控配产器的无线远程调控,大幅降低测调时间和人工成本。In order to cooperate with the oilfields’overall block development,the production of the Chinese oil field needs to perform frequent operations,and there are problems of heavy construction workload and high cost.The intelligent stratified oil recovery technology based on the cable-controlled production distributor was developed,by which the real-time continuous monitoring of downhole production parameters in the production process is realized,water can be controlled through fine stratification,and an effective displacement system is established,and the development can be effectively improved.The wireless remote control system is developed to realize the wireless remote control of the cable-controlled dispenser,which greatly reduces the measurement and adjustment time and labor costs.
