柔性聚芳硫醚树脂的合成研究

摘  要:利用结构改性单体向聚苯硫醚(PPS)主链引入长碳链,合成了一种新型柔性聚芳硫醚树脂—聚苯己基酰亚胺硫醚(PPHIS)。研究了4,4′-二氯代二苯基己基二酰亚胺(DCPHDI)和4,4′-二氯代二苯基己基二酰胺酸钠盐(DCPHDAS)两种单体对应的树脂合成路线的可行性,并对PPHIS与PPS的性能进行对比分析。结果表明,以DCPHDI为原料的合成路线可以成功制备PPHIS;而以DCPHDAS为结构改性单体合成PPHIS的路线有待进一步研究。与传统的聚芳硫醚PPS相比,柔性PPHIS的热稳定性在430℃之前好于PPS,熔点、结晶性低于PPS,具有更低的加工温度和加工成本。Polyphenylhexylimide sulfide(PPHIS),a new type of flexible polyarylene sulfide resin, was synthesized by introducing long carbon chains into the main chain of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS).The feasibility of the resin synthesis route corresponding to the two monomers 4,4′-dichloride diphenyl hexyl diimide(DCPHDI)and 4,4′-dichloride diphenylhexyl diamic acid sodium salt(DCPHDAS)was studied, and the properties of PPHIS and PPS were compared and analyzed.The results show that the synthesis route using DCPHDI as raw material can successfully prepare PPHIS,while the route of synthesizing PPHIS using DCPHDAS as a structurally modified monomer needs further study.Comparing with PPS,PPHIS has better thermal stability before 430 ℃,lower melting point, lower crystallinity, so it has lower processing temperature and processing cost.
