摘 要:采用玻璃纤维对聚丙烯(PP)M30RH进行增强改性,得到玻璃纤维体积分数7.11%的GFPP18和玻璃纤维体积分数11.30%的GFPP27。通过平行板旋转流变仪动态应变扫描和动态频率扫描研究了它们的黏弹性变化。表观剪切黏度与剪切频率的变化关系显示添加玻璃纤维可提高PP的黏度,添加量越高,其零剪切黏度提高越多,并会出现显著的二次剪切变稀现象。剪切模量与剪切频率的变化关系显示添加玻璃纤维可提高PP的剪切模量,尤其是代表弹性的储能模量。Han曲线显示玻璃纤维添加越多对PP弹性的影响比对黏性的影响更显著。Cole-Cole图显示GFPP18和GFPP27出现了两个松弛阶段,高频区的因分子解缠导致,低频区因玻璃纤维约束周围的PP大分子链导致。GFPP18 and GFPP27 were prepared by reinforcing M30 RH with 7.11%and 11.30%glass fiber(GF),respectively.Viscoelasticity of M30 RH,GFPP18 and GFPP27 was discussed by dynamic strain and dynamic frequency scan curves from parallel plate geometry test.Relationship between apparent shear viscosity and sheared frequency displays that GF is added to enhance viscous of polypropylene(PP).The higher the amount of GF added, the more increase of PP’s zero-shear viscosity could be obtained, and great shear thinning appears.Relationship between shear modulus and sheared frequency shows that the addition of glass fiber could increase the shear modulus of PP,especially the storage modulus.Han plot proves that more GF amount has more significant influence on elastic than on viscous in PP.From Cole-Cole plot, the principle of two relaxation stages of GFPP18 and GFPP27 are the same as their shear thinning twice, molecule unwrapping in high shear frequency zone, and PP macromolecule chains being restrained by surrounding GF in low shear frequency zone.
