摘  要:湿固化聚氨酯热溶胶广泛应用于智能手机屏幕的黏接,在使用中常常因油脂渗入和蠕变造成脱黏。采用市售原料按R值(异氰酸酯基与羟基的物质的量比)为2合成了一系列不同软段比例的湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶,采用红外光谱分析、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、溶胀率和力学性能测试等考察了湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的微观结构和油脂对湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶黏接性能的影响,及结晶性能对湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶耐蠕变性能的影响。结果表明,聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)含量高的湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶不易被油脂溶胀,且在油脂侵入黏接层后其黏接性能降幅更低;结晶性能越好,湿固化聚氨酯热熔胶的杨氏模量越高,在应力作用下脱黏的风险越高。Moisture-cured polyurethane hot melt adhesive was widely used in the bonding of smart phone screens.Debonding was often caused by grease infiltration and creep during use.A series of moisture-cured polyurethane hot melt adhesives with different soft segment ratios were synthesized from commercial raw materials according to R value(molar ratio of isocyanate group to hydroxyl group)of 2.The effects of microstructure and grease infiltration on the bonding properties of moisture-cured polyurethane hot melt adhesive and the effects of crystallization properties on the creep resistance of moisture-cured polyurethane hot melt adhesive were investigated by infrared spectra analysis(IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),swelling rate and mechanical properties.The results show that the moisture-cured polyurethane hot melt adhesive with high polybutylene adipate glycol(PBA)content is not easy to swell by grease, and its bonding performance decreases less after grease invades the bonding layer.The young’s modulus of moisture-cured polyurethane hot melt adhesive is higher when it has better crystallinity caused higher risk of debonding under stress.
