防霉剂在苜蓿干草调制工艺中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了降低苜蓿干草调制过程中南热同季昔来的风险,缩短苜蓿草田间晾晒时间,避免储存过程的霉变,提高苜蓿草品质,笔者以宁夏引黄灌区种植现蕾期紫花苜着为材料,研究了苔蓿干草调制过程中在不同水分条件下对苜稽草喷施防霉剂的制捆效果。结果表明:苜蓿草含水量在30%~35%,喷施防街剂效果不明显:含水量在20%~25%和25%~30%时,喷施防街剂对首蓿草品质(RFV)分别比对照组提商20.4%和16.9%,经济效益分别提高401元/t和360元/t。此外,防霉剂还可间接降低草捆内部温度。In order to reduce the risk of rain and heat in the same season for alala hay making proces,short the field drying time of alfalfa grass,avoid mildew during storage process,and improve the quality of afadfa grass.We have studied the salfety baling efect of spray mildew on alalfa under diferent moisture conditions during the process of making alfalfa hay at bud stage afalfa in irigation area of Ningxia.The results showed that the fect of mildew spray was nol obviously when the moisture content of alfalfa grass was 30%~35%.W hen the waler content was 20%-25%and 25%-30%,the quality of alalla grass(RFV)was improved by 20.4%and 16.9%respectively compared with the control group,and the economic benefit increased by 401 yuan/on and 360 yuan/on respectively.In addition,mildew inhibitor can indirectly reduce the intemnal temperature of stnaw balc.
