摘　　要：推动基本公共文化服务标准化是贯彻新发展理念、落实《公共文化服务保障法》、完善公共文化服务制度建设、推动公共文化服务高质量发展的重要举措。渭南将标准化建设作为公共文化服务高质量发展、示范区创新发展的基本制度安排,在陕西省内率先编制完成《渭南市基本公共文化服务实施标准(2021-2025)》,强化标准与相关法律政策和示范区创新发展规划的功能衔接,形成编制理念“多标合一”、编制原则“自成体系”、内容体系“有机衔接”等编制特点,在集成高效一体化制度设计、服务项目标准“四位一体”建设以及内外协同运行保障机制建设等方面积极探索,取得了良好的成效。Promoting the standardization of basic public cultural services is an important step to apply the new development philosophy,implement the Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law,improve the public cultural service system,and promote the high-quality development of public cultural services.Taking standardization as a basic institutional arrangement for the high-quality development of public cultural services and the innovative development of demonstration zones,Weinan took the lead in formulating Implementation Standards for Basic Public Cultural Services in Weinan City,and enhancing the functional connection between related standards,laws,and innovative development plans for the demonstration zones.With the features marked by the compiling idea of unifying various standards,the compiling principle of being self-contained,and the well-organized content system,Weinan’s active exploration of integrating efficient and unified designing,developing fourdimensional standards for service projects and building collaborative operation and guarantee mechanisms within and outside the zones has delivered good outcome.
