摘　　要：图书馆是建设社会主义文化强国的主阵地之一,《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》为图书馆服务国家文化数字化战略提供了政策遵循和行动指向。全面实施国家文化数字化战略,将进一步推动图书馆发展转向数据要素化、制度体系化、治理现代化、服务品质化和业态智慧化,促使图书馆智慧体在数字转型社会中不断变革和更新。面向未来,为满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要和文化强国建设的要求,图书馆行业需在守正创新中勇担时代责任和使命,积极探寻服务国家文化数字化战略的发展进路:坚守文化传承初心,找准与数字化转型的深层共鸣;把握数字时代方位,夯实文化强国建设的知识底座;坚持以人民为中心,实现专业化与社会化的互构;优化数智赋能机制,推动业态创新与高质量发展。The library is the main frontier for building China into a country with a strong socialist culture. The Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digitization Strategy provides policy guidance and action direction for libraries to serve the national cultural digitization strategy. The full implementation of national cultural digitization strategy will further promote the development of libraries focusing on data capitalization,institutionalization,governance modernization,service quality,and intelligent business forms,and motivate smart libraries to pursue continuous changes and renewal in the digital society. Into the future,to meet the people’s growing needs for a better life and to develop a great socialist culture in China,Chinese libraries need to bravely shoulder the responsibility and mission of the era with inheritance and innovation,and actively explore the development path of serving the national cultural digitization strategy:(i)stick to the original intention of cultural inheritance and seek the deep resonance with digital transformation;(ii)grasp the orientation of the digital age and consolidate the knowledge base for building China into a cultural power;(iii) follow a peoplecentered approach and realize the mutual development of specialization and socialization;(iv)optimize the enabling mechanism of digital intelligence and promote the innovation and high-quality development in library operations.
