摘  要:考察了采用钛系专用催化剂(牌号为PLE 01)生产的大中空容器专用料(牌号为FHM 8255 A)的性能,并与由铬系催化剂制备的专用料(牌号为TR 571,以下简称对比料)进行了对比分析。结果表明:与对比料相比,FHM 8255 A数均相对分子质量较高,相对分子质量分布较窄,熔体流动速率稍高,耐冲击性能良好;FHM 8255 A可满足200 L双L环桶的加工要求,制备的桶具有良好的表观性能,耐跌落性能优于对比料。The performances of the large hollow container resin(FHM 8255 A)produced by the special Ti-based catalyst(PLE 01)were investigated,and compared with the resin(TR 571,hereinafter referred to as reference resin)produced by the Cr-based catalyst.The results showed that compared with the reference resin,FHM 8255 A had higher number average relative molecular mass,narrower relative molecular mass distribution,slightly higher melt flow rate and better impact resistance;FHM 8255 A could meet the processing requirements of 200 L double-L ring container,and the drop resistance was better than the reference resin.
