摘  要:在聚丙烯颗粒料脱除挥发性有机物(VOCs)中试实验装置中,以蒸汽为脱附介质,采用蒸汽汽蒸技术脱除降解法中、高熔体流动速率高抗冲聚丙烯(二者牌号分别为1215 C,630)中的VOCs。结果表明:于脱挥塔中,在脱挥温度为120℃,停留时间为2.5 h的最佳条件下,可将1215 C,630中含VOCs量由脱挥前的432.0,514.0μg/g分别降至脱挥后的39.9,47.0μg/g;在不同脱挥条件下,2种产品脱挥前后力学性能均相近;与脱挥前相比,脱挥后1215 C黄色指数略有提高,但是仍处于合格范围内。The volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the medium(high)melting flow rate and high impact resistance polypropylene(grade 1215 C and 630,respectively)were removed by the steam evaporation technology with the steam as the desorption medium in a pilot-scale experiment device of VOCs removal from polypropylene.The results showed that under the optimized conditions of operating temperature of 120℃and residence time of 2.5 h,the VOCs content of 1215 C and 630 was reduced from 432.0 and 514.0μg/g to 39.9 and 47.0μg/g respectively.Under different conditions,the mechanical properties of the two products were similar before and after devolatilization.Compared with before devolatilization,the yellow index of 1215 C had increased slightly after treatment,but still within the qualified range.
