摘  要:采用多产丙烯、异丁烯和低硫燃料油组分技术对中国石化青岛石油化工有限责任公司140万t/a重油催化裂化装置进行了改造。改造后,将汽油加氢装置中的汽油切割塔塔顶轻汽油替代改造前的柴油送入提升管回炼。结果表明:在轻汽油回炼比为4.29%的情况下,液化气和干气收率分别增加2.18,0.31个百分点;液化气中丙烯体积分数较回炼前提高0.43个百分点;装置回炼轻汽油增产丙烯约1 t/h,获得的综合经济效益约12.8万元/d。The 1.4 Mt/a heavy oil fluid catalytic cracking unit in Qingdao Petrochemical Co Ltd,SINOPEC,was revamped by enhancing propylene,isobutene,and low sulfur fuel oil components technology.After modification,the light gasoline on the top of the gasoline cutting tower in the gasoline hydrogenation unit would be sent to the riser for recycling instead of diesel before modification.The results showed that when the light gasoline recycle ratio was 4.29%,the yields of liquefied petroleum gas and dry gas had increased by 2.18 and 0.31 percentage points respectively.The volume fraction of propylene in liquefied petroleum gas increased by 0.43 percentage points,which was higher than that of before recycling.The light gasoline recycling to produce more propylene was 1 t/h,the comprehensive economic benefit was about 128000 yuan/d.
