摘　　要：以周振甫先生编辑《管锥编》以及推广钱锺书著作为例,探讨了学者型编辑应具有的学术精神——实事求是与精益求精。从同行评议、选题立项、编辑与作者交流、内容把关等环节,展示了周振甫依据其学术精神而进行的编辑实践。Taking Zhou Zhenfu’s editing Limited Views: Essays on Ideas and Letters as the example, this paper discusses the academic spirit that a scholar-type editor should have-seeking truth from facts and excellence. This paper shows the editing practice of Zhou Zhenfu based on his academic spirit from the aspects of peer review, topic selection, communication between editors and authors, and content control.
