摘 要:利用纳米压痕技术对加载速率从0.05~8 mN/s不同情况下碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料富树脂区域与碳纤维的力学响应进行了研究,得到了硬度、模量、接触刚度以及压痕深度随加载速率的变化趋势,并给出硬度与应变率之间的定量关系。结果表明,当加载速率在0.05~2 mN/s范围内,富树脂区的模量、接触刚度和压痕深度随加载速率的增加而减小,同时,富树脂区及碳纤维的硬度与应变率均呈幂指数关系,其应变速率敏感性指数分别为0.113、0.029。加载速率在2~8 mN/s范围内,富树脂区的模量、接触刚度和压痕深度随加载速率的增加而增加,而富树脂区及碳纤维的硬度均随应变率的增加而减小,且和应变率均呈线性关系。The mechanical response of the resin-rich region and carbon fiber of carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites under different loading rates from 0.05 to 8 mN/s is studied by nanoindentation technology.The variation trends of hardness,modulus,contact stiffness and indentation depth with loading rate are obtained,and the quantitative relationship between hardness and strain rate is given.The results show that when the loading rate is in the range of 0.05~2 mN/s,the modulus,contact stiffness and indentation depth of the resin-rich area decrease with the increase of the loading rate.At the same time,the hardness and strain rate of the resin-rich area and the carbon fiber have a power exponential relationship,and their strain rate sensitivity indexes are 0.113 and 0.029,respectively.When the loading rate is in the range of 2~8 mN/s,the modulus,contact stiffness and indentation depth of the matrix increase with the increase of the loading rate,while the hardness of the resin-rich area and the carbon fiber decreases with the increase of the strain rate,and the hardness and the strain rate have a linear relationship.
