摘 要:采用真空消失模铸造法制备了高铬铸铁颗粒增强Q235钢基表面复合材料,并进行不同奥氏体化温度的热处理。结果表明,复合材料经930℃保温1 h空冷,450℃保温3 h空冷处理后,复合层碳化物尺寸减小,基材组织细化,珠光体片层间距降低,硬度和耐磨性能提高。且随着奥氏体化温度的升高,复合材料的耐磨性能逐渐增强。Q235 steel matrix surface composites reinforced by high carbon ferrochrome particles were prepared by vacuum vanishing casting infiltration, and the heat treatment with different austenitizing temperature was finished. The results show that after the composite material was air-cooled by holding at 930℃ for 1h and 450℃ for 3h, the carbide size of the composite layer was reduced, the organization of the base material was refined, the pearlite sheet layer spacing was reduced,and the hardness and wear resistance were improved. With the increase of austenitizing temperature, the wear resistance of the composite was improved.
