摘  要:为了提高深度调峰汽轮机机组末级叶片防水蚀性能,需要在汽轮机末级叶片出汽侧采取防水蚀措施。汽轮机叶片出汽边很薄,传统的防水蚀工艺无法满足要求。对汽轮机末级叶片进行了超音速火焰喷涂,试验表明,超音速火焰喷涂涂层表面致密均匀,无明显可视缺陷,涂层厚度0.15~0.25 mm,孔隙率小于2%,硬度大于800 HV0.3,结合强度大于70 MPa。在600℃经过80次热震试验后,涂层无裂纹、剥离或翘起。利用高速细小水流冲蚀试样的射流冲蚀试验和超声波水流震荡空蚀试样的超声波汽蚀试验表明,超音速火焰喷涂涂层对提高材料的抗水蚀能力有明显效果。研究成果可为汽轮机出汽侧防水蚀工艺实施提供参考。In order to improve water droplet erosion resistance of steam turbine blades,it is necessary to implement anti-droplet erosion processing on the surface of blade outlet edge.The blade outlet edge is very thin,and the traditional anti-droplet erosion processing can’t be qualified.High velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)coating is carried out upon last stage blades in steam turbine.Test demonstrated that the coating surface treated by the HVOF coating is dense and uniform without obvious visible defects.The coating thickness is 0.15~0.25 mm,the porosity control is less than 2%,the hardness is greater than 800 HV0.3,and the adhesion strength is greater than 70 MPa.After 80 thermal shocks test at 600℃,the coating has no crack,peeling or warping.Jet erosion test and ultrasonic cavitation test showed that HVOF coating has obvious effect on improving water droplet erosion resistance of materials.The research results can provide reference for the implementation of anti-droplet erosion technology of blades outlet edge.
