摘  要:双机回热系统为目前火电领域最前沿技术之一,依托甲湖湾、瑞金项目,上海汽轮机厂在双机回热系统方面积累了工程设计经验和实际运行业绩。瑞金项目的双机回热方案在甲湖湾项目基础上进行了优化升级,配置了小发电机进行功率平衡。对该系统现场运行中出现的小发电机功率超限的问题进行了分析总结,为后续项目提供经验。The Echelon cycle-backpressure extraction steam turbine(EC-BEST)system is one of the most advanced technology in the thermal power field at present.Experience in engineering design and actual operation is accumulated by Shanghai Turbine Plant based on Jiahuwan and Ruijin projects.The EC-BEST system of Ruijin project is optimized and upgraded on the basis of Jiahuwan project,and small generators are configured for power balance.The problem due to the power excess during the operation of the system for small generators is analyzed and summarized,which can provide reference for subsequent projects.
