摘 要:大数据、人工智能等新技术正改变着传统商科教育模式,对教师提出了更高的能力要求,新商科教师在知识水平、教学技术、教学方法等方面面临调整和提升。本文从新商科对人才培养目标的需求出发,提出从“跨界”“跨科”“跨域”“跨境”的角度开展师资培养,从制度保障、培训规划、监督评价、有效激励等角度建立完善的师资能力提升机制。通过校企合作,产教融合,实现创新创业跨界人才培养目标,构建一个产教研融合的教学保障系统,为新商科教育下应用型本科院校师资能力的提升提供培养思路。New technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence are changing the traditional business education model,which puts forward higher ability requirements for teachers.New business teachers face adjustment and improvement in terms of knowledge level,teaching technology,and teaching methods.Starting from the needs of new business departments for talent training goals,this paper proposes to carry out teacher training from the perspectives of"cross-border","cross-disciplinary","cross-domain"and"cross-border".A complete mechanism for improving the ability of teachers.Through school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of production and education,the goal of training cross-border talents in innovation and entrepreneurship is realized,and a teaching guarantee system integrating production,teaching and research is constructed to provide training ideas for the improvement of teachers’ability of applied undergraduate colleges under the new business education.
