“十四五”公共文化服务视野下图书馆与社区融合共生路径探赜--基于重庆图书馆的实践审思

摘　　要：图书馆与社区融合共生是“十四五”时期公共文化服务体系建设的重要目标任务之一,两者的融合有利于以图书馆为代表的公共文化在社区文化建设、文化惠民、文化赋能等方面产生联动效应。文章通过对重庆图书馆近年来与周边社区的互动实践,发现目前图书馆与社区的互动融合还处于粗放型发展阶段,并且公共图书馆与社区及社区图书馆(室)协同发展的供给机制缺失。研究基于共生理论启示得出:图书馆与社区具有优良的融合条件,并从依法融合、政策融合、文化队伍人才融合与服务品牌融合等方面探讨两者深度融合、共生发展的实现路径。The integration and symbiosis of library and community is one of the important goals and tasks of the construction of public cultural service system during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.The integration of the two is conducive to the linkage effect of public culture represented by library in the community cultural construction,culture benefiting the public,cultural empower ment and other aspects.Through the interactive practice of Chongqing Library and surrounding communities in recent years,the article finds that the interaction and integration of library and community is still in the stage of extensive development,and the supply mechanism for the coordinated development of public libraries,community and community libraries(rooms)is missing.Based on the enlightenments of symbiosis theory,the research shows that the library and the community have excellent integration conditions.It also discusses the realization path of the deep integration and symbiosis development from the aspects of integration by law integration,policy integration,integration of cultural team talent and service brand integration.
