中西医结合治疗风热血燥型玫瑰糠疹的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合方法治疗风热血燥型玫瑰糠疹的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年1月在佛山市南海区妇幼保健院就诊的60例风热血燥型玫瑰糠疹患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,每组各30例。两组均予以氧化性软膏和曲安奈德益康唑乳膏外用,同时治疗组予以中药外用,对照组予以氯雷他定片口服。7 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗后治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为100.00%、90.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗风热血燥型玫瑰糠疹效果明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western Medicine in the treatment of pityriasis rosea with wind heat and blood dryness type.Methods A total of 60 cases patients with pityriasis rosea with wind heat and blood dryness type treated in Nanhai Maternal and Child Care Hospital of Foshan City from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Oxidizing Ointment and Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Cream for external application.The treatment group was treated with external using of traditional Chinese Medicine,and the control group was given oral Loratadine Tablets.One course of treatment was 7 days,and the curative effect was evaluated after two courses of treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 100.00%and 90.00%,respectively.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in the treatment of pityriasis rosea of wind heat and blood dryness type,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
