针对性护理在非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析针对性护理在非创伤性修复治疗儿童乳牙龋齿中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月南通市口腔医院收治的100例儿童乳牙龋齿患儿,随机单双数法分为两组,对照组50例给予常规护理,观察组50例给予针对性护理,比较两组护理满意度、疼痛评分及护理依从度。结果观察组护理满意度(98.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05);修复过程中、修复后观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理依从度高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。结论乳牙龋齿儿童非创伤性修复过程中采用针对性护理可有效提升护理满意度,降低疼痛评分,提升护理依从度。Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of deciduous teeth caries by non-traumatic repair.Methods A total of 100 children with caries of deciduous teeth admitted to Nantong Stomatological Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by single and even number method,the control group with 50 cases was given routine nursing,and the observation group with 50 cases was given targeted nursing.Nursing satisfaction,pain scores,and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group during and after repair,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,reduce pain score and improve nursing compliance in deciduous caries.
