基于SOA架构的移动医生工作站设计与思考

摘　　要：目前,各级医院的医生紧缺,患者就医需求不断增加,采用传统方式已无法满足实际需求,因此有必要建设一个高效的移动医生工作站。为了辅助医生开展日常工作,及时调阅患者的信息,记录患者的治疗过程,笔者利用互联网和Web服务技术,建设基于面向服务的体系架构(Service-Oriented Architecture,SOA)的移动医生工作站。医生借助该平台在移动端便能实现床边查房和掌上记录患者就诊信息,有利于提高工作效率。At present,there is a shortage of doctors in hospitals at all levels,and patients’ demand for medical treatment is increasing.Traditional methods can no longer meet the actual needs.Therefore,it is necessary to build an efficient mobile doctor workstation.In order to assist doctors in their daily work,timely access to patient information,and record the treatment process of patients,the author uses the Internet and Web service technology to build a mobile doctor workstation based on SOA architecture.With the help of this platform,doctors can realize bedside ward rounds and record patient visit information on the mobile terminal,which is conducive to improving work efficiency.
