摘　　要：随着互联网的普及,4G通信的应用已经很广泛。然而,在汽车行业中4G通信技术才逐渐开发并应用在汽车电子4G通信控制器上,成为汽车和外界沟通的一个重要桥梁,实现大数据的实时上传下载,电话语音时时沟通;而在生产4G通信控制上必不能少的一个环节就是要搭建4G通信控制器产品下线前(End of Line,EOL)测试系统。测试系统平台主要由硬件系统、平台化软件组成,能够实现对4G通信控制器整机电流和电池电压测试、音频测试、射频测试(内外天线测试等)、用户身份识别(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)卡开卡测试、电子物流数据读写等测试。硬件系统主要由机器人、屏蔽箱、4G仪表、电源万用表、音频分析仪以及工业电脑等组成。平台化软件主要由Lab VIEW开发的电流测试模块、电池电压测试模块、音频测试模块、内置天线测试模块、2G/3G/4G外置天线测试模块、SIM卡开卡测试模块、电子物流数据读模写块、SIM卡数据读取模块、传制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)追溯模块等组成,在Teststand平台上实现灵活组合及应用并可持续扩展测试模块。软件还能实现三级分类管控,实现对数据参数调整及保护。软件显示界面覆盖有产品信息及模块化测试的数值、数据的统计信息等可配置的内容,真正实现了所有4G通信控制器的平台化软件测试。With the popularity of the Internet,the application of 4 G communication has been very wide.However,in the automotive industry 4 G communication technology has only gradually developed and applied to the automotive electronics 4 G communication controller,becoming an important bridge between the car and the outside world to achieve real-time upload and download of big data,telephone voice communication at all times;and in the production of 4 G communication control must not be missing a link is to build the 4 G communication controller End of Line(EOL) test system.Test system platform is mainly composed of hardware system,platform-based software,can realize the 4 G communication controller whole current and battery voltage test,audio test,RF test(internal and external antenna test,etc.),Subscriber Identity Module(SIM) card open card test,e-logistics data read and write test.The hardware system is mainly composed of robot,shield box,4 G meter,power multimeter,audio analyzer and industrial computer,etc.The platform software mainly consists of Lab VIEW developed current test module,battery voltage test module,audio test module,built-in antenna test module,2 G/3 G/4 G external antenna test module,SIM card opening test module,e-logistics data reading and writing module,SIM card data reading module,Manufacturing Execution System(MES) traceability module,etc.,which can be flexibly combined and applied on Teststand platform.and application and can continuously expand the test module.The software can also realize three-level classification and control,and realize the adjustment and protection of data parameters.The software display interface covers product information and modular test values,data statistics and other configurable content,truly realizing the platform-based software testing of all 4 G communication controllers.
