摘 要:在泥石流地质灾害治理项目实施过程中,常因设计与施工衔接时间过长,导致在不同的气候条件作用下地形地貌发生较大变化,使得原设计的某些内容与实际地质条件针对性不强或不相适应,造成施工难度加大,治理资金增加,工期延长等相关问题。在实施治理过程中,需要加强施工前的场地复核、现场再设计、施工管理等工作,做到现场施工信息实时反馈,合理优化调整设计内容,满足质量、造价及进度控制等要求,确保项目在今后的运行中发挥有效作用,切实保障治理区内人民的生命财产安全。In the implementation of landslides geological disaster management projects,because of the long delay between completion of the design and the actual start of the project construction,variable climate conditions have brought about great changes in the actual geological and topographic conditions.Thus,some contents of the original design no longer fit the actual geographic conditions of the target area.This has increased the difficulty,the budget,and the duration of the construction.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out careful site audit and make changes to the original design before the construction.During the construction,strict management and other relevant works shall be implemented.In this way,real-time feedback of the construction information,reasonable optimization of the design,effective governance of the project are realized and the requirements for quality,cost and schedule control are satisfied.This ensures effective operation of the project and safety of people’s lives and property in the region.
