摘　　要：目的 探讨Chirp声听性稳态反应(ASSR)测试联合有意义听觉整合量表(ITMAIS)评分对感音神经性听力损失(SNHL)婴幼儿助听器(HA)干预后早期语前听能发育(early prelingual auditory development,EPLAD)情况的预测价值。方法 选取2017年5月~2020年1月我院SNHL患儿130例(260耳)作为研究对象,对比干预前后纯音听阈(PTA)、Chirp-ASSR测试反应阈、ITMAIS评分及不同EPLAD患儿Chirp-ASSR测试反应阈、ITMAIS评分,分析其预测价值。结果 干预后SNHL患儿各频率Chirp-ASSR测试反应阈低于干预前,ITMAIS评分高于干预前(P<0.05);Chirp-ASSR测试反应阈、ITMAIS评分联合预测AUC为0.891,高于单独预测。结论 Chirp-ASSR测试与SNHL患儿病情及EPLAD相关,Chirp-ASSR反应阈联合ITMAIS评分可有效预测HA干预后的EPLAD情况。Objective To explore the predictive value of Chirp-auditory steady-state responses(ASSR) test combined with infant-toddler meaningful auditory integration scale(ITMAIS) score for early prelingual auditory development(EPLAD) after hearing aid(HA) intervention in infants with sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL). Methods 130 children(260 ears) with SNHL in our hospital from May 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. and the predictive value of PTA, Chirp-ASSR test response threshold, ITMAIS score and Chirp-ASSR test response threshold and ITMAIS score of children with different EPLAD were compared before and after the intervention. Results The response threshold of Chirp-ASSR test was lower and the ITMAIS score was higher than before the intervention(P<0.05);the combined prediction AUC of Chirp-ASSR test response threshold and ITMAIS score was 0.891, which was higher than the prediction alone. Conclusion The Chirp-ASSR test is related to the condition and EPLAD of children with SNHL. The Chirp-ASSR response threshold combined with the ITMAIS score can effectively predict the EPLAD situation after HA intervention.
