摘 要:针对某河道重金属污染底泥,进行了底泥的理化性质分析和异位固化稳定化处置中试试验。结果显示:底泥粉粒占比达62.1%~62.7%,含水率为166%~213%,孔隙比为4.756~5.992,液限为60.7%~67.1%,属于高液限黏土。经固化/稳定化处置后,相较于原底泥浸出,3%稳定剂掺量下,W1型稳定剂As、Pb、Ni和Co的浸出浓度分别为1.50μg/L、0.34μg/L、0.73μg/L、8.35μg/L,稳定化率为95.13%、96.63%、96.33%和83.31%,浸出毒性结果满足GB 14848—2017《地下水质量标准》中规定的地下水Ⅲ类标准。现场养护7 d后,10%固化剂掺量下,底泥含水率为52.9%,无侧限抗压强度为282.4 kPa,满足河道周边的回填、堆坝砌岸等用途。在底泥处置区2.5 m深度范围内,轻型动力触探试验结果表明,既有工况下搅拌设备对0~1.0 m和1.5~2.5 m深度内底泥具有更好的拌合效果。Aiming at the heavy metal contaminated sediment in a river, the physical and chemical properties of the sediment were analyzed, and the field pilot scale test of solidification/stabilization treatment was carried out. The results show that the sediment silt accounts for 62.1%~62.7%, the water content is 166%~213%, the void ratio is 4.756 ~ 5.992, and the liquid limit is 60.7%~67.1%, belonging to high liquid limit clay. After solidification/stabilization treatment, compared with the leaching of the original sediment, the leaching concentrations of As, Pb, Ni and Co with 3% W1 stabilizer are 1.50 μg/L, 0.34 μg/L, 0.73μg/L, 8.35 μg/L, and the stabilization rates are 95.13%, 96.63%, 96.33% and 83.31%, respectively. The leaching toxicity results meet the groundwater class III standard specified in GB 14848—2017 Groundwater Quality Standard. After 7 days of on-site curing, with 10% curing agent content, the water content of the bottom sludge is 52.9%, and the unconfined compressive strength is 282.4 kPa. The bottom sludge can be used for surrounding backfill, dam bank building, etc. Within the depth of 2.5 m in the sediment disposal area, the light dynamic penetration test results show that the mixing equipment has a better mixing effect on the bottom sludge in the depth of 0~1.0 m and 1.5~2.5 m under the existing working conditions.
