摘　　要：环保管家是被环保部推荐的第三方专业机构环境保护服务模式,主要服务于工业园区或工业项目,极少涵盖生态项目。长江航道整治工程属于生态型建设项目,如何实施有效的环保监督和管理工作,确保工程施工过程中落实各项环保措施是航道建设环境保护的重点工作。针对长江航道整治工程环境影响特点及保护需求,以环保管家作为解决问题的新途径,对长江航道整治工程环保管家服务模式进行了探索研究,并结合实践说明了环保管家服务对航道建设环境保护的有益作用,以期为生态型项目环保管家服务提供理论依据和实践经验。Environmental stewardship is recommended by the Ministry of Environmental Protection as a third-party professional organization environmental protection service mode, mainly serving industrial parks or industrial projects, and rarely covering ecological projects. The Yangtze River waterway regulation project is an ecological construction project, and how to implement effective environmental monitoring and management to ensure the implementation of environmental protection measures during the construction process is the focus of environmental protection in waterway construction. In view of the environmental impact characteristics and protection needs of the Yangtze River waterway regulation project, taking the environmental stewardship as a new way to solve the problem, an appropriate mode for the environmental stewardship of the Yangtze River waterway regulation project was explored and studied. The beneficial effects of environmental stewardship services on the environmental protection of waterway construction were illustrated in combination with practice, with a view to providing theoretical basis and practical experience for environmental stewardship services for the ecological project.
