摘  要:随着轨道交通系统的不断发展,轨道车辆持续提速,列车供电系统额定电流和本身负载容量需求随之增加,配套的线缆和功率连接器载流能力也要相应匹配,否则在这种条件下长期工作可能会使电连接系统温升过高从而导致热失效问题,降低列车整体可靠性。文章以轨道交通中使用的三相电机连接器为研究对象,基于有限元法对连接器和线缆构成的电连接系统进行热电耦合仿真建模。分析额定载流下三相电机连接器线缆选型和接触电阻变化对电连接系统温度场分布的作用特性。并估算连接器线缆系统达到极限温升条件时所允许的极限载流量和接触电阻退化量。With constant development of rail transit system,rail vehicles continues to increase speed,so the train power supply system rated current and its own load capacity also needs to increase,and the supporting cables and power connectors must match the current-carrying capacity accordingly,otherwise,the long-term operation under such conditions may rise the electricity connection temperature to high level and thus lead to thermal failure,reducing the overall reliability of the train.The article takes the three-phase motor connector used in rail transit as the study object and performs the thermoelectric coupling simulation modeling of the electrical connection system composed of connector and cable based on the finite element method.The effects of cable selection and contacts resistance variation on the temperature distribution of the electricity connection system were analyzed under the rated load current condition.The ultimate load capacity and contact resistance performance degradation are estimated when the connector cable system reaches the ultimate temperature rise condition.
