摘　　要：目的:探讨两种握力计测量社区中老年人握力值的一致性。方法:于2020年11—12月,纳入成都市华阳街道42名社区中老年人为研究对象。分别采用Jamar和CAMRY EH101握力计进行握力值测量,通过计算组内相关系数(ICC)、χ^(2)检验和Bland-Altman法对握力值一致性进行分析。结果:两种握力计优势手握力均值比较发现,单个测量及平均测量的ICC分别为0.92及0.96;两种握力计优势手握力最大值比较发现,单个测量及平均测量的ICC分别为0.90及0.95。Bland-Altman散点图显示,优势手握力均值及最大值落在95%CI外的概率均为7.14%。结论:两种握力计测量社区中老年人握力值的一致性较好。Objective:To explore the consistency of two grip dynamometers in measuring the grip strength of communitydwelling middle-aged and elderly people.Methods:42 community-dwelling middle-aged and elderly people in Huayang street,Chengdu were included from November to December 2020.Jamar and CAMRY EH101 dynamometers were used to measure the grip strength respectively.The consistency of grip strength was analyzed by calculating interclass correlation coefficient(ICC),χ^(2)test and Bland-Altman method.Results:The comparison of the average dominant hand grip strength between the two grip dynamometers showed that the ICC of single measurement and average measurement were 0.92 and 0.96,respectively:the comparison of the maximum dominant hand grip strength between the two grip dynamometers showed that the ICC of single measurement and average measurement were 0.90 and 0.95,respectively.Bland-Altman scatter plot showed that the probability of the mean value and maximum value of dominant hand grip strength falling outside the 95%CI was all 7.14%.Conclusion:The two grip dynamometers have good consistency in measuring the grip strength of community-dwelling middle-aged and elderly people.
