摘 要:目的:调查COVID-19疫情期间驻尼亚美中资机构人员的心理健康现状,并分析其影响因素,为驻海外工作人员心理健康服务提供参考。方法:采用基本信息收集表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21),调查COVID-19疫情期间驻尼亚美的中资机构人员的心理健康现状,采用多元逐步回归分析相关影响因素。结果:单因素分析显示,不同年龄的抑郁、焦虑、压力评分及DASS-21总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否接种新冠疫苗的抑郁评分及DASS-21总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,从事工种是抑郁、压力评分及DASS-21总分的影响因素(P<0.05);年龄是焦虑、压力评分及DASS-21总分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:COVID-19疫情期间驻尼亚美中资机构人员的心理问题发生率较高,需根据人员特点及其工作状态制订相应的心理干预措施。Objective:To investigate the psychological status quo of the staff in Chinese-funded institutions in Niamey during the COVID-19 epidemic and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for mental health services for overseas staff.Methods:The psychological status quo of the staff of Chinese-funded institutions in Niamey during the COVID-19epidemic were investigated by using the basic information collection form and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21(DASS-21),and the related influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results:Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in depression score,anxiety score,stress score,and total score of DASS-21 among the subjects of different ages(P<0.05);there were significant differences in depression score and total score of DASS-21 among the subjects vaccinated or not(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the type of work was the influencing factor of depression score,stress score,and total score of DASS-21;age was the influencing factor of anxiety score,stress score,and total score of DASS-21(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the epidemic period,the incidence of mental problems among the staff of Chinese-funded institutions in Niamey was high.Corresponding psychological intervention measures should be formulated according to the characteristics and working status of the staff.
