摘　　要：中国(广东)自由贸易试验区深圳前海蛇口片区是我国较早设立、为数不多的城市型自贸区之一。城市型自贸区在国际上出现较晚,相关规划研究较为缺乏,在国内也缺少先期探索经验。在借鉴基础和研究支撑较为薄弱的情况下,前海蛇口自贸片区进行了创新实践。本文以《中国(广东)自由贸易试验区深圳前海蛇口片区综合规划》为基础,系统介绍前海蛇口城市型自贸区的空间规划实践,即从空间资源、空间属性和区位条件等方面的独特性出发,明确“自贸战略—自贸功能—自贸空间”的逻辑体系,总结出以“区城一体”为主线的三条城市型自贸区规划经验。Guangdong Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone is one of the few urban free trade zones established earlier and lacks advanced exploration experience in China. At the same time, urban free trade zones appeared late in the world, so there is a lack of relevant planning research. In the absence of reference and research support, Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone has carried out innovative practices. Base on the "Comprehensive planning of Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou free trade zone of China(Guangdong) pilot Free Trade Zone", this article systematically introduces the spatial planning practice of Qianhai Shekou Urban Free Trade Zone. Proceeding from the uniqueness of spatial resources, spatial attributes and location conditions, the logical system of "free trade strategy—free trade function—free trade space" is clarified, and finally summarizes three urban free trade zone planning experiences with "Free trade zone and urban integration" as the main line.
