摘  要:设计了一种精密滚动直线导轨测量平台,完成了对导轨全长直线度的动态检测。基于最佳提取点数概念,利用坐标变换,采取数值推导获得滚动导轨直线度误差的旋转因子与最小包容区域,同时基于MATLAB编程软件进行数值搜索,最后通过最大差值法评定滚动直线导轨的合格性及精密等级。以4m成品H35型滚动直线导轨(副)为例,基于试验方法与数据分析,根据行业标准确定了最佳提取点数,评定了试验导轨(副)的精度等级,从而验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。A precision rolling linear guide measuring platform is designed,dynamic measurement for whole length straightness of the guide is completed.Based on the concept of the optimal extraction point and coordinate transformation,rotation factor and minimum containment region for the straightness error of the rolling guide are obtained by numerical deduction,the numerical search is carried out based on Matlab programming software,finally,the maximum difference method is used to evaluate the eligi⁃bility and precision grade of rolling linear guide.Ii taking the 4-meter finished product H35 rolling Linear Guide(Vice)as an example,based on the test method and data analysis,the optimum extraction points are determined and the accuracy grade of the test guide(vice)is evaluated according to industry standards,thus the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are verified.
