摘 要:随着信息技术的高速发展,交互设计越来越受到重视,但承载大量数据信息的后台系统的交互设计却鲜有研究。后台系统界面的交互逻辑极大地影响着产品的有用性和易用性。根据Nielsen原则和智能医护床后台系统界面设计特征,构建后台系统界面可用性评估模型。通过改变界面中视觉元素的相对位置进行对比实验以探究其对界面可用性的潜在影响。运用眼动追踪技术采集用户在界面使用中的注视点数、首次注视时间、平均注视时间和任务完成时间等客观数据,结合问卷调查获取操作难度、布局清晰度和整体喜好程度等主观数据。结合熵权法计算实验数据出的客观权重,以排除纲量对结果分析的影响。最后,解释智能医护床后台系统界面中的视觉元素位置与可用性的内在关系,为界面设计师的后台系统界面设计提供方法指导和理论依据。With the rapid development of information technology,interaction design has received more and more attention,but the interaction design of background Systems with a large amount of data and information are rarely studied.The interaction log⁃ic of the background system interface greatly affects product usability and user experience.According to the Nielsen's Principle and the characteristics of the intelligent nursing bed background system interface,this paper constructs the background system in⁃terface usability evaluation model.We conduct comparative experiments by changing the relative position of visual elements in the interface to explore its potential impact on the usability of the interface.The eye tracker is used to collect objective data such as the fixation points,first fixation time,average fixation time and task completion time.Questionnaire was given participants to collect subjective data such as the rates of difficulty,clarity,and overall satisfaction.The different data are performed quantitative cal⁃culation using comprehensive weighting method combined with entropy to eliminate the influence of the dimension on the result.Finally,we explain the internal relationship between the location and usability of visual elements in the intelligent nursing bed background system interface and provide method guidance and theoretical basis for interface designer′s back-end system inter⁃face design.
